Manchester's Urban Lodge Brewing Co. has added a full kitchen to its offerings, featuring a menu of appetizers and snacks, salads, tacos, sandwiches, burgers and hot dogs.
To accommodate dietary restrictions, Maddie’s offers gluten-free buns, dairy-free cheese, veggie burgers, chicken burgers and Impossible burgers. Options like the Oklahoma BBQ and Mexican burgers are available for those who’d rather not build their own. They can choose one patty or two on a potato roll and add cheese sauces that include the classic ketchup and mayonnaise, as well as comeback sauce, chipotle ranch and more and toppings, with items like bacon, fried egg and avocado available at an additional charge. Maddie's opened in June, also with build-your-own-burger format, with which diners can get creative. The restaurant also offers specialty burgers including the K-Town, a hamburger with pickled carrots and cucumber, gochujang and sriracha aioli, or the Ram Burger with American cheese, thick-cut bacon, potato chips and house sauce. Some toppings available include pickled red onion, hot cherry peppers, chili and thick-cut bacon. The restaurant offers a create-your-own burger option, picking a base including grass-fed beef or plant-based burgers. Press Burger opened its Wilton location in March, joining its original spot in New Canaan.
